Fully Automatic Aging Test

High-temperature aging: Continuous operation in a constant temperature environment of 50°C to 80°C (4 to 24 hours) to accelerate the aging process of motors, batteries, and circuit boards.

Cyclic load test: Simulate user riding scenarios by setting motor start-stop (≥500 times/hour), battery charge-discharge (0-100% cycle), and other dynamic loads.

Vibration fatigue test: Use a high-frequency vibration table (5 to 50Hz, acceleration 5g) to simulate bumpy roads and detect the risk of loosening or breaking of the frame, screws, and folding mechanisms.

Intelligent Quality Control

Multi-parameter monitoring: Real-time collection of motor temperature, battery voltage/internal resistance, controller current, vehicle body vibration, and other data to generate aging attenuation curves.
