Description

This machine is specially designed for the fully automatic measurement market, especially for the mobile phone industry. By adding a Japanese Keyence laser displacement sensor and combining it with image laser composite measurement software, it is widely applied in the flatness measurement of mobile phone glass, communication castings, automotive die-castings, and various other products. 

This machine adopts advanced optical path and laser linkage technology, and is equipped with high-precision CCD cameras and high-precision Japanese laser measuring heads. This technology enables the optical path of the image and the laser to be coaxial. According to the requirements of the measurement process, the two optical paths can be automatically switched. It is also equipped with a high-speed servo motor system to achieve high-speed measurement and can be used in conjunction with special fixtures to perform batch detection. 

It features functions such as CNC programming, precise positioning, repeated measurement, SPC report statistics, and automatic measurement result output. It can quickly and efficiently meet the batch measurement needs of different products. It is suitable for all application fields aimed at two-dimensional plane measurement and simple three-dimensional measurement, and is widely used in boilers, pressure vessels, aerospace, aviation, power, petroleum, chemical, offshore oil, pipelines, military industry, shipbuilding, automobiles, and mechanical manufacturing.

All three axes (X, Y, and Z) of this machine are servo-driven and can be controlled by a mouse or joystick. Measurement is conducted through our company's dedicated MSU3D fully automatic laser composite image measurement software.

gies such as automatic edge extraction, automatic matching, automatic focusing, measurement synthesis, and image laser synthesis. It can perform batch measurement, SPC result classification, and automatic output of measurement results even when fixtures or workpieces are placed randomly.

Product Features:

1.The measurement aiming system adopts the high-definition color CCD camera (or network port camera) of TEO from the United States and manual card position zoom objective lens. 

2. The data transmission control system is composed of a mobile workbench, a three-axis electronic grating ruler, a Keyence laser displacement sensor system, and a motion-specific control box. 

3. It adopts dual closed-loop motion control to ensure precise positioning performance of the motor at high-speed operation. 

4. By adopting the embedded module developed by our company to control the electromechanical system, the response speed of the motor has been enhanced, and at the same time, the interface between the instrument and the PC has been simplified. 

5. It adopts a full granite platform structure, with a simple and elegant appearance, no deformation or rusting. 

6. The surface light is composed of a four-ring and eight-zone annular LED light source. Each group is driven by a constant current power supply and displays in zones according to the required program. 

7. The Z-axis image focusing is directly operated through computer software, eliminating the need for manual focusing and significantly enhancing work efficiency. 

8. It has multiple data processing, display, input and output functions, integrating measurement and office work. 

9.After being connected to the computer, the graphics are processed and output using the dedicated software of the MSU3D fully automatic image laser composite measuring instrument.
