Product Overview
The automatic assembly line adopts synchronous belt conveyors and return line bodies, as well as three-axis modules as the main motion and execution mechanisms. It combines oil injection machines, capping machines, suction assembly machines and other equipment, and incorporates some manual workstations to achieve production processes such as oil injection into the oil tank, manual installation of silicone, manual pre-installation of suction nozzle caps, automatic capping, automatic suction resistance testing, and automatic material discharge.
This production line adopts a human-machine combination approach, allowing for flexible matching of production processes; it features strong adaptability, high stability, and high work efficiency.
Assembly production work adaptable to different oil tanks (by changing fixtures).
Detailed Description
1. Manual loading of oil tanks onto fixtures and automatic oil filling
(1) Manually load the oil tanks of the incoming materials onto the fixture tray.
(2) Automatic oiling (12 heads), all at once.
(3) Each workstation on the production line is equipped with a blocking cylinder and a lifting positioning mechanism.
II. Manual Loading of Silicone Gel and Pre-Installed Suction Cap
Manual assembly, the efficiency of manual assembly is the efficiency of the equipment.
The first two people had silicone implants.
(3) The last two people pre-install the suction nozzle caps.
III. Automatic Capping and Draw Resistance Testing
Automatic capping (12 pieces), all caps are pressed at once by a servo cylinder (with an independent spring mechanism)
(2) Automatic resistance suction test (6 units), 6 products are suctioned at a time, then move forward to suction the remaining 6 products. The smoke and oil from the suction are collected in sealed boxes (regularly cleaned).
IV. Automatic rejection of defective products and automatic discharging of qualified products
Defective product removal (12 grippers): If there is a defective product in any row, it will be picked up and placed in the collection box uniformly.
(2) Good products are cut (12 clips), and the good products are uniformly conveyed to the next process by the belt line.
(3) The lifting mechanism, empty fixture plate return flow, is conveyed to the foremost end by the synchronous return flow line body, and then transported to the manual oil discharge bin by another lifting mechanism.
