Function Description
The 4-station child lock testing machine is a testing device for finished electronic cigarettes. It features manual automatic feeding and dual start buttons for testing. During the set suction time, it continuously sucks the set number of puffs (the interval time between each puff can also be set, and the smoking time of each puff can be calculated through operation). When the set time and the number of puffs reach the set values, the suction test is completed. The operator can determine whether the child lock is qualified by observing the light on the electronic cigarette product. The main screen can view the total number of tested products, the production information screen can view the automatically collected test quantity per minute (cumulative), and the production statistics screen can view the production quantity of each hour of the day.
