The DR-3000ZS dual objective three indenter touch screen digital automatic brick tower Brinell hardness tester features a software system programmed with computer intelligence and employing photoelectric sensing technology. By independently selecting test conditions, all parameters can be directly chosen, modified, and analyzed on a multifunctional PC. The PC is connected to the hardness tester via a communication protocol to control the mechanical movement parts of the tester, enabling functions such as automatic multi-functional tower positioning, automatic recognition of objectives and indenters, automatic rising and lowering, automatic focusing, automatic loading, automatic holding force, automatic unloading, automatic measurement, and light brightness adjustment. By linking to the built-in CCD measurement and acquisition system, clear dynamic images of the indentation can be displayed in real time on the PC, and the hardness value can be automatically measured and locked directly from the indentation. Test data can be automatically saved and reports generated. The optical system uses an LED objective lens. The hardware system adopts electronic sensor loading technology, with a closed-loop control system that controls the sensor to collect signals, and a high-speed stepping motor automatically applies and releases the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force, providing more stable readings. It is also equipped with an emergency stop device.
