Description

Designed in accordance with European standard EN12527 and national standards GB/T-14688 and GB/T-14687, the tested casters are subjected to load by stacking weights. A large rotating disk drives the tested casters to perform circular motion, enabling "dynamic tests", "long-distance walking tests", and "static load tests".

Function Description

1) Dynamic Test: The rotation direction of the disk can be set to either forward or reverse, with the time for forward rotation and reverse rotation being adjustable. Up to ten consecutive change processes can be set, and the total process can be cycled up to 9999 times.

2) Long-Distance Walking Test: The running time and mileage can be set. The machine stops when the preset time or mileage is reached.

3) Static Load Test: The equipment is equipped with 2 weights of 35kg and 80 weights of 25kg. Static load is applied when the disk stops rotating.

4) Caster Explosion-proof Test: Two casters are respectively detected by two photoelectric switches for any breakage or damage. The machine stops when damage is detected.

5) Wheel Temperature Detection: Two casters are respectively detected by two laser temperature sensors for temperature. The machine stops when the preset temperature is reached.

6) Temperature Curve Analysis: Temperature curves are plotted to visually analyze the temperature change trend. Mileage, time, temperature, and speed are recorded and support the generation of reports.

Dual-station high-load testing

Parallel dynamic testing: Two stations independently controlled, simultaneously testing two sets of casters (maximum load 2 tons per station), efficiency increased by 100%.

Walking simulation system:

1. Drum/track (replaceable modules), simulating cement ground, gravel road, slope and other road conditions (walking speed 0~20km/h adjustable).

2. Steering frequency 1~10Hz, testing the wear resistance and impact resistance of caster universal joints and bearings.

Extreme condition simulation

Overload testing: Short-term load can be increased to 2.5 tons (lasting 5 minutes), verifying structural deformation and fracture risk under extreme load.

Environmental coupling testing (optional):

1. Temperature and humidity cycling (-40℃~+80℃, humidity 10%~95% RH), verifying the anti-aging ability of plastic wheels and the anti-corrosion ability of metal parts.

2. Salt spray (ASTM B117), simulating the corrosion resistance in coastal or chemical plant environments.

Intelligent monitoring and diagnosis

Real-time multi-parameter collection:

Mechanical parameters: Load force (accuracy ±0.5% FS), rolling resistance (±1N), vibration spectrum (5~2000Hz).

1. Deformation monitoring: Laser displacement sensor detects wheel deformation (±0.01mm).

2. Failure warning: AI algorithm analyzes data anomalies (such as abnormal bearing noise, wheel surface cracks), automatically stops the machine and generates a report.
