The "Vibration Endurance Electric Motorcycle Test Bench" is a type of equipment with the highest technical content and the strongest simulation of real conditions in the R&D and quality inspection stages of electric motorcycles. It is different from ordinary performance tests (measuring speed and torque). Its core purpose is to simulate the harsh road conditions that electric motorcycles encounter throughout their life cycle in a short time by applying multi-dimensional vibrations and shocks, thereby verifying the fatigue life and reliability of the frame, suspension, battery pack fixation structure, and various types of wiring harnesses.

Test Objective
For electric motorcycles, due to their heavy curb weight (battery pack weight), large acceleration torque, and the fact that their user base often enjoys off-roading or playing around, structural strength is of critical importance. The vibration durability test mainly verifies:
1.Structural fatigue: Whether cracks appear in the frame (especially at the welding points of the steering column and the rear dropouts) under high-frequency vibration.
2.Battery safety: During the vibration process, check if the battery pack's fixing bolts are loose and if the battery cells have internal short circuits or electrode ear breaks due to severe shaking (strictly follow the vibration safety test).
3.Electrical reliability: Whether the vehicle wiring harness connectors are momentarily disconnected during continuous vibration, and whether the fasteners of the controller, motor, etc. are loose.
4.Resonance analysis: Locate the resonance points of the entire vehicle or its components to prevent resonance-induced damage during actual riding.
Applicable Standards
Chinese Standards: GB/T 24158 (Vibration Requirements in General Technical Conditions for Electric Motorcycles), QC/T 68 (Test Method for Vibration of Motorcycle and Moped Frames).
International standards: ISO 16750-3 (Road vehicles - Environmental conditions for electrical and electronic equipment - Mechanical loads), ECE R136 (Vibration-related requirements in the safety standards for electric motorcycles).
Battery Specialization: GB 38031 (Safety Requirements for Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles, whose vibration test method is often referred to by electric motorcycles), UN 38.3 (Vibration Test for Lithium Batteries Transportation).
