Description

This device is specifically designed for smart lock manufacturers, quality inspection institutions and R&D laboratories. It is used to simulate the opening and closing, plugging and unplugging, twisting and other actions of smart locks (electronic locks, fingerprint locks, password locks, etc.) in actual use, accurately testing their mechanical life, stability of electronic components and overall durability. With a dual-station independent control system, it supports synchronous or asynchronous testing, significantly improving the testing efficiency. 

Core Technologies and Functions Core functions

1. High-efficiency Dual-station Testing

Independent control of two testing stations allows simultaneous testing of two different types of locks or comparative experiments. Supports single-station independent operation with high flexibility.

2. Multi-action Simulation

Insertion and extraction test: Simulates the insertion and extraction of keys/cards/fingerprint heads (adjustable force, range 0~50N).

Twisting test: Lock core rotation angle 0~360°, torque range 0~5N·m (customizable).

Door opening and closing simulation: Lock tongue retraction frequency 1~30 times/minute, stroke programmable control.

3. Intelligent Monitoring System

High-precision sensors for real-time monitoring: force, angle, temperature, current, etc.

Abnormal alarm: Automatically records the number of faults (such as jamming, malfunction, overheating).

4. Data Visualization

7-inch touch screen operation interface, supports Chinese/English switching.

Generate test reports: cycle count, fault point distribution, life curve graph (supports Excel/PDF export). 

Core Technology

1. One lock is clamped at a time.

2. The key can be turned to any suitable angle (controlled by Delta servo motor). The motor force can be set by the user. This avoids breaking the key when the lock core gets stuck due to excessive force. The adjustment is convenient.

3. The rotation of the handle, ball or knob is driven by a stepping motor.

4. The insertion and extraction of the key is driven by a stepping motor and lead screw (Taiwan imported HIWIN lead screw and TBI guide rail), with a maximum stroke of 60mm. The insertion and extraction speed and depth can be adjusted. (The key can be completely pulled out of the lock core, and the insertion and extraction accuracy can be controlled within 0.02mm.)

5. The control part is controlled by Delta PLC and equipped with a 7" touch screen from Weiheng to change parameters.

6. High-precision safety protection device, with fault stop protection function and memory function.

7. Surface treatment is baking paint, and the fixture is electroplated.

8. According to the European standard, a weight and load function is added (10N, 25N, 50N, 120N, four levels).
