Scope of application:
This is used to test the handlebars of a scooter when the front wheel wobbles, such as the handlebars of a children's bicycle or a stroller. The left or right swing at a specified angle can be counted to measure the mechanical performance of the handlebars and whether there is any deformation in the overall structure. The test results can be used as a reference for improvement.
