Description

The six-station suction machine is a device used to measure the suction resistance of finished electronic cigarettes, widely applied in the quality control and inspection fields of electronic cigarette production. This equipment operates based on the principle of simulating manual suction with a piston. Specifically, when the test instrument's piston simulates manual suction of the electronic cigarette and inhales a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s) of air, a certain vacuum pressure will be generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette, which is the suction resistance. The test instrument will measure this pressure in real time, that is, the real-time suction resistance. In this way, the suction resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately measured. During the test, the product can also be charged.
