One-click flash measuring instrument, also known as flash measuring instrument or rapid image measuring instrument, is a revolutionary optical measuring device. Its core concept is: place the workpiece in the measurement field of view, and simply press one button to complete all two-dimensional size measurements within 1 second. 

Unlike traditional image measuring instruments that require moving the worktable, focusing one by one, and measuring each element separately, the one-click flash measuring instrument adopts a large-field-of-view dual telecentric optical system. It can capture the entire workpiece image in one photo and complete all edge detection and size calculation instantly through advanced image processing algorithms.

1. Select by Field of View

φ30mm: Suitable for small parts (connectors, terminals, chips) 

φ50mm: Standard model, suitable for the vast majority of small and medium-sized parts. 

φ100mm and above: Suitable for larger workpieces or for simultaneously measuring multiple workpieces. 

For larger workpieces, models with automatic splicing function are available as an option.
