The 20-station suction machine is a device used to measure the draw resistance of finished electronic cigarettes. It is generally applied in the quality control of electronic cigarette production and fatigue performance testing. This equipment operates based on the principle of simulating manual suction with a piston. Specifically, when the test instrument's piston simulates manual suction of the electronic cigarette and inhales a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s) of air, a certain vacuum pressure will be generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette, which is the draw resistance. The test instrument will measure this pressure in real time, that is, the real-time draw resistance. In this way, the draw resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately measured.

2. You can choose either the cyclic test mode or the single test mode.
