This machine is a mini semi-automatic device for quickly filling e-liquid into e-cigarettes. It can be set to fill different volumes of e-liquid into e-liquids of different capacities. The device uses a stepping motor to push and pull the oil injection piston to achieve oil suction and injection. Compared with traditional manual operation, it is more efficient and accurate. 

Five Disruptive Technologies

1. Precise Quantitative Oil Injection: Utilizing high-precision stepper motor control, the single injection volume can be adjusted from 0.01ml to 5ml with an error rate of ≤±1%. Compatible with all types of e-liquids including nicotine salts, CBD oil, and PG/VG-based e-liquids.

2. Anti-Oxidation Sealing System: The oil storage chamber is equipped with a nitrogen inert gas protection module to prevent the e-liquid from oxidizing and deteriorating due to contact with air.

316L food-grade stainless steel flow channels, certified by FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.

3. Dust-Free Adaptable Design: Quick-release oil injection needle (supporting 16G/18G/20G multiple specifications)

Built-in 0.22μm air filter, meeting the requirements of a GMP 100,000-class dust-free workshop.

4. Optimized Human-Machine Interaction: 3.5-inch touch screen displays the injection volume, flow rate, and cumulative value in real time.
