I. Product Overview

The three-axis five-head oil injection machine is a device specifically developed for oil injection in electronic cigarettes. It adopts stepper motor and PLC control technology. Through the suction action of the metering pump, it achieves high-precision quantitative oil injection. Meanwhile, through the programmed movement of the tray and the oil injection heads, it can precisely position. The specific operation steps are as follows: On the platform of the oil injection machine, the operator places the semi-finished electronic cigarette devices in the fixtures and then places them on the tray platform of the oil injection machine. There is a row of oil injection needles on the top of the oil injection machine. Through the drive devices of the X, Y, and Z axes, the oil injection needles can move horizontally and vertically and align with the corresponding fixtures. When the oil injection needles reach the set oil injection height, the oil will be injected into the cigarette devices. After the oil injection is completed, the oil injection needles will return to the safe height, and the drive device will move the fixture to the next row position. This cycle continues until all the cigarette devices are oil-injected. This oil injection machine has the characteristics of high oil injection accuracy, fast working efficiency, and easy operation.

II. Product Function Features

1. The equipment offers four oil injection modes to choose from (bottom touch mode / bottom touch slow lift mode / multi-stage oil injection mode / multi-stage slow lift oil injection mode) 

2. Formula Storage: Can store the oil injection data of multiple products; Set management permissions for convenient management. 

3. The equipment has a separate oil testing screen, where the oil injection volume can be calibrated before the formal oil injection. 

4. The device has a cleaning screen. Before the official oil injection, before the device is turned off, or when changing different e-liquid series, the oil injection pump can be cleaned in a circulating manner. 

5.Each oiling channel can be opened or closed independently. 

6. The parameters have a recipe-saving function. After the parameters for different products are debugged, they can be saved to the recipe. When it is necessary to produce the corresponding product, the corresponding recipe can be called up without the need for repeated debugging. 

7. The customer rights have three different levels of permissions, and each level can be set with its own distinct permissions for the software functional modules that can be operated, ensuring the security of system data. Three-level permission management: (Operator/Technician/Engineer) 

8. The body part of the oil injection pump head: Made of 316 stainless steel, the internal plunger rod is made of ceramic material, and all parts in contact with the e-liquid are made of food-grade materials, causing no pollution to the e-liquid at all.
