Description

This equipment is mainly developed and designed in accordance with European standard EN12527 and national standards GB/T14688, EN, ANSI, BS, CSA, etc. Through electric control, it can conduct impact tests on wheels of suitcases, roller skates, children's carts, trolleys and industrial casters, etc. 

Function Description

This device can perform impact tests on wheels of suitcases, roller skates, baby strollers, trolleys, and industrial casters, etc., and then inspect the degree of indentation to understand the safety quality of rubber wheels. The anti-impact test method in the European caster test standard is as follows: The caster is vertically inverted and installed on the ground test platform, and a mass of 5KG or the specified weight (±2%) or the specified heavy object is dropped from the specified height, with an allowable deviation of ±3mm.

There are slight differences in EN, ANSI, BS, and CSA specifications. Please specify the specification when ordering. The drop fixture (load) can be dropped to any height, and the load is automatically extracted when lifted. The height can be adjusted arbitrarily and the machine stops automatically when the height is reached. This machine adopts a double-column 4-guide design, which improves the structural strength and safety level of the product. Multiple safety pins, over-travel protection, and safety guard frames greatly enhance the safety of personnel and property. The handheld remote control allows the operator to perform impact tests away from the testing machine, reliably protecting the main safety.

1) Impact test: The motor lifts the weight to the set position, and the weight freely falls to impact the casters.

2) Cycle impact life: The number of cycles can be set from 0 to 99,999, the impact height can be adjusted, and the impact durability of the casters can be tested.
