Description

This product is designed in accordance with QB/T 2920-2007. It uses a wheel wear testing machine to test the friction between the cement drum and the wheel, applies a certain load, and measures the wheel diameter after continuous travel for a specified distance to calculate the wheel wear amount. It is mainly used to test the wear resistance of the wheel material and whether there is any wear or deformation in the overall structure of luggage, suitcases, travel cases, etc. The test results can be used as a reference for improvement. 

Function Description

The test is conducted by using the friction between the test roller and the running wheel of the running wheel wear testing machine, applying a certain load, and continuously traveling a specified distance. After that, the diameter of the running wheel is measured to calculate the wear amount. The control device can adjust the speed, set the total travel distance, and the pause time during the working travel. 

It also has a memory function. 

Main functions:

1) Long-distance walking test: The running time and mileage can be set. The machine will stop when the preset time or mileage is reached.

2) Dynamic test: The rotation direction of the drum (forward or reverse) and the dwell time for each direction can be set. Up to 9,999 cycles are possible.

3) Abrasion test: The abrasion of the drum over a long period of time is detected by the movement of the abrasive cloth-covered drum.

4) Bump simulation test: Obstacle blocks are added to the drum to simulate the bumps when the casters pass over obstacles.
