This machine is a high-precision and durable testing device specifically designed for smart locks (fingerprint locks, password locks, card locks, etc.). It features a single-station design and integrates multiple automated functions, capable of simulating the door opening and closing actions, biometric operations, and environmental stresses in real usage scenarios, accurately assessing the lifespan and reliability of smart locks. It is used for simulating the lifespan test of smart locks and complies with the design standards of the European standard EN12209.
Core Technology and Functions
1. One lock is clamped at a time.
2. The key can be turned to any suitable angle (controlled by a Delta servo motor). The motor's force can be set by the user to avoid breaking the key when the lock core gets stuck due to excessive force. The adjustment is convenient.
3. The rotation of the handle, ball or knob is driven by a stepper motor.
4. The insertion and extraction of the key is driven by a stepper motor through a lead screw (Taiwan-made HIWIN lead screw and TBI guide rail), with a maximum stroke of 60mm. The insertion and extraction speed and depth can be adjusted. (The key can be completely pulled out of the lock core, and the insertion and extraction accuracy can be controlled within 0.02mm.)
5. The control part is controlled by a Delta PLC and equipped with a 7" Weiheng touch screen to change parameters.
6. High-precision safety protection device, with fault stop protection function and memory function.
7. Surface treatment: baking varnish, electroplated fixture.
8. According to European standards, add weight and load functions (10N, 25N, 50N, 120N, four levels).
