The double-head manual oil injector is a mini semi-automatic device for quickly filling e-cigarettes with e-liquid. It can be set to inject different volumes of e-liquid for different capacities of cartridges. The device uses a stepping motor to pull and push the oil injection piston to achieve oil suction and injection. Compared with traditional manual operation, it is more efficient and accurate. The bracket is fixed, and the oil cup can be directly replaced by foot pedal for oil injection.

1. The device can be set to perform automatic oil injection cycles with a specified number of cycles and intervals.

2. The device has a separate oil calibration screen, allowing for calibration of the oil injection volume before formal oil injection. Set the target oil volume, click on the oil injection test, enter the actual oil volume obtained, and then click write to automatically calibrate the oil injection coefficient (or manually modify the coefficient directly).

3. The device has a cleaning screen, allowing for cleaning of the oil injection pump before formal oil injection, before device shutdown, or when changing different e-liquid series.

4. The operation interface has a function to switch between Chinese and English, as well as a function to switch between unit displays (ml/g).

5. Each oil injection channel can be independently turned on or off.

6. The body of the oil injection pump head: made of 316 stainless steel, the internal plunger rod is made of ceramic material, and all parts in contact with e-liquid are made of food-grade materials, ensuring no contamination to the e-liquid.

✦ Secure the Device → Install on the bracket or place on the desktop, and ensure the anti-slip pad is stable;

✦ Insert the Oil Cup → Take out the empty oil cup (press the foot pedal to pop it out), and fill the CBD e-liquid to the 40ml mark;

✦ Set the Capacity → Rotate the oil injection knob to the target value (e.g., 1.8ml), and press the "Memory" button to save;

✦ Place the Cartridge → Align the cartridge opening with the oil injection needle, and gently press the fixing clip (to prevent deviation);
