II. Product Overview
This equipment is designed for the batch and standardized production of disposable electronic cigarettes. It uses a vibrating disc or linear vibration track for feeding, and operates in synchronization with a multi-station indexing table (or linear module) to achieve automatic separation, orientation correction, precise positioning, accurate press-fitting, and online inspection of silicone parts. Through visual and force/displacement closed-loop control, it ensures the press-fitting depth, concentricity, and sealing reliability. It supports barcode binding and MES traceability.

Automatic Feeding: Multi-channel automatic feeding for silicone parts, atomization cores/shells, end caps, etc., with low material alarm.
Direction identification and correction: Visual/mechanical screening, automatically removing reverse and burr parts.
Positioning press-fitting: Servo/cylinder + force sensor closed-loop, dual control of press-fitting depth and force value.
Online inspection: installation height, press-fitting curve, appearance defects (breakage/deformation/misinstallation).
Air tightness/leakage verification (optional): Conduct air tightness tests on key sealing positions and determine OK/NG.
Electrical performance recheck (optional): Resistance value, conduction determination, automatically memorized and traceable.
Automatic feeding and sorting: Good products and defective products are discharged separately, and full pallet loading is supported.
