This machine is specifically designed for door lock handle springs (such as return springs, torsion springs, compression springs, etc.), used to simulate the high-frequency compression/tension actions of springs in actual use, accurately detect their fatigue life, elastic attenuation and load performance, and ensure the stability and safety of door lock handles during long-term use. Multi-station Synchronous Testing

Four-station Independent Control: Supports simultaneous testing of 4 sets of hinges (such as swing hinges, heavy-duty industrial hinges, and concealed hinges), increasing testing efficiency by over 50%.

Differentiated Parameter Settings: Each station can independently set parameters such as load, angle, and frequency, adapting to different hinge specifications (such as door weights ranging from 50kg to 200kg).

Dynamic Load Simulation
