Description

Product Overview 

This device is used to measure the draw resistance of finished electronic cigarettes and is widely applied in the field of quality control and inspection during electronic cigarette production. It operates based on the principle of simulating manual smoking with a piston. The specific operation process is as follows: First, connect the electronic cigarette to be tested to the test position with a tube. At this point, the piston in the device simulates the manual smoking action and draws a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s) of air into the electronic cigarette. During this process, a certain vacuum pressure, that is, the draw resistance, will be generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette. The tester will measure this pressure in real time, that is, the real-time draw resistance. In this way, the draw resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately measured. During the test, the product can be charged. 

Main Function Description 

1.Detachable shell components: All parts that come into contact with smoke must be detachable and easy to replace. 

2. Keep the inlet and outlet as close as possible: Minimize the distance between the entry of smoke into the machine and its exit to reduce condensation loss. 

3. Pump/Piston free from smoke contact: Ensure that the pump/piston does not come into contact with smoke. 

4. Aerosol filtration system: Utilizes fiber filters to achieve effective aerosol filtration. 

5. Capacity: Each suction provides a volume of 100 milliliters. 

6. Airflow Control: Each port is equipped with a double pinch valve to achieve precise airflow control. This design enables me to stop the airflow to one of the two products when the same port/pump is used to connect both products simultaneously, putting that product in a stationary state. 

7. Drive System: Install a driver to activate the key-started products, especially those lacking airflow start. 

8.The machine should support up to 4 ports, and each port can be controlled independently and have data recorded simultaneously. 

9. Pressure drop sensor: A pressure drop sensor is installed on the main body of the instrument to detect blockages in the instrument or product, as well as the signal that the e-liquid in the product's oil tank has been used up, and to issue an alarm in a timely manner. 

10. Remote Control: Remote control and record the data of the suction resistance meter.

12. Capable of controlling inhalation, exhalation and rest time. Example: inhale 55 ml/3 seconds, exhale 3 seconds, rest 30 seconds between each suction. Programmable configuration software: Allows programming of custom configuration parameters, such as inhale 180 ml/3 seconds, exhale 3 seconds, rest 3 seconds, inhale 3 seconds, exhale 3 seconds and rest 300 seconds, with repeat function. 

13. Measurement features: Flow, volume and pressure: Incorporating flow, volume and pressure measurement functions; Flue gas density: Conducting flue gas density measurement and smokeless detection. This can be accomplished optically via laser or camera; Temperature monitoring: Instantaneous measurement of flue gas temperature (when the flue gas is drawn from the product) 

14. Data Recording: Ensure that all data from the sensor measurement function can be easily recorded for each suction or every second or minute for comprehensive analysis and tracking; previous test records of each test product can be reviewed for analysis. 

15.The suction module is easy to disassemble and clean.
