This M test chart, supports performance testing of vehicle-mounted air pumps (such as air tightness, pressure stability, and inflation efficiency) as well as compliance testing for certifications (such as CE, FCC, and UL). Its modular design can be adapted to different specifications of air pumps, meeting the full-cycle testing requirements from R&D to mass production

Core functional modules 

1. Airtightness Test

Leakage points are detected using a transparent sealed tank combined with the soapy water method, with real-time monitoring of pressure changes, achieving an accuracy of ±0.5%. It supports the setting of pressure holding time and pressure difference range (such as determining as qualified within ±1% error).

2. Pressure and Flow Rate Test

The pressure range covers 0 to 2 MPa (customizable up to 1500 kPa), and the flow rate test reaches 200 m³/min, meeting the requirements of different air pump specifications. It integrates a hot-wire anemometer and pressure transmitter to achieve high-precision data collection (wind speed error ±3%).

3. Durability Test

It simulates on-off cycles (such as power on/off, solenoid valve action) and records the performance degradation of the air pump during long-term operation. It supports custom cycle counts (such as 5000-hour life verification).

4. Electrical Performance Test

It monitors parameters such as working current (0-1000 mA), voltage, and power, and supports over-limit alarm and automatic shutdown. It complies with electrical safety standards such as UL1450 and EN60335, and supports ground resistance and leakage current detection.

5. Intelligent Monitoring and Data Analysis

It is equipped with an MCU and industrial control system, which can display curves of flow rate, head, temperature, etc. in real time, and supports data storage and historical playback.
