Core Technology and Configuration 

1. Programmable ON/OFF timing control for product life testing with X minutes on and X minutes off.

2. Programmable cycle testing for air pump from X pressure point to X pressure point, with automatic venting by solenoid valve. During venting, the air pump can be set to stop working. The number of cycle tests can be set by the user, and the system should be capable of recording at least 500 cycle tests.

3. All test data are automatically recorded by computer, with the fastest recording frequency of once per second.

4. In case of any abnormality of the air pump during testing, the computer will automatically control the shutdown. If the current exceeds the set value or the single cycle time exceeds the set time during testing, the system will automatically stop.

5. Recorded data include: number of inflation cycles, inflation time, and maximum current during inflation.

6. Programmable constant pressure life testing for air pump.

7. Capable of testing 4 products simultaneously.

8. Power supply: 12V 30A. 

Technical Principles and Functions

Air Tightness Test

Spray soapy water on the surface of the air pump to detect leakage points, and monitor pressure changes with a pressure gauge. Some devices support setting parameters such as pressure holding pressure and stabilization time, and automatically record data.

Simulate on-off cycles (such as setting on/off times and cycle counts) to test the performance degradation of the air pump over long-term operation.
