The fully automatic strapping and cutting machine is suitable for fully automatic online shrink packaging of products. It uses photoelectric technology to automatically detect products and can be operated in either automatic feeding or manual feeding mode. It uses folded film and can seal the other three sides. The constant temperature heating and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard heat-sealing films such as PE, PVC, and POF. The sealing is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting. When the product size is changed, only simple adjustments need to be made through the handwheel, without the need to replace any parts, reducing the product changeover time and making it easier to operate. The adjustable front feeding system and the storage working platform at the rear enable the entire machine to truly achieve high-speed and unmanned automatic operation.

IV. Working Principle

Conveying and Alignment: The products are conveyed by belts or rollers and automatically aligned, precisely positioned in the film wrapping area. 

Film wrapping and sealing: The film roll is unrolled, flattened and wrapped around the product through tension control, and the alloy sealing knife completes the transverse and side sealing. 

Shrink forming: After the products are sealed and cut, they enter the heat shrink tunnel. The circulating hot air causes the film material to shrink uniformly and adhere. 

Cooling and shaping: After being taken out of the furnace, it goes through a cooling section for shaping, resulting in a flat, tight and protective packaging appearance.

For full-box bundling, the cuff-style structure is preferred; for individual item display and high appearance requirements, the fully enclosed or side-sealed structure is recommended. 

For emphasizing transparent display effects, it is recommended to use POF film; for emphasizing transportation durability and protection, it is recommended to use PE film. 

For high-speed scenarios, it is recommended to increase the length of the contraction furnace and optimize the air circulation to expand the stable contraction range. 

In scenarios where production changes frequently, it is recommended to use models equipped with recipe memory and quick width adjustment mechanisms, and to be provided with positioning fixtures.
