The 4-station suction machine is a device specifically designed for measuring the suction resistance of finished electronic cigarettes with a light-up button. It is widely used in the quality control and inspection of electronic cigarette production. By adopting a piston suction method to simulate the principle of manual smoking, this machine can achieve precise suction resistance measurement. The specific operation process is as follows: First, fix the electronic cigarette to be tested on the product fixture. The thumb cylinder above the fixture then moves to trigger the light-up button of the electronic cigarette. At this point, the piston in the device simulates the manual smoking action and sucks air into the electronic cigarette at a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s). During this process, a certain vacuum pressure, that is, the suction resistance, will be generated at the suction end of the electronic cigarette. The tester will measure this pressure in real time, which is the real-time suction resistance. In this way, the suction resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately evaluated.
