This device is specifically designed to verify the insertion and extraction wear and torsional fatigue performance of lock cores during long-term use. By simulating the high-frequency insertion and extraction actions of keys/cards/fingerprint heads and the multi-angle torsional stress on the lock core, it accurately assesses the mechanical life and reliability of the core components of the lock core (such as pins, springs, and blades). It supports multiple types of tests including mechanical locks, electronic lock cores, and automotive ignition locks, and complies with ISO 15484 (automotive lock standards) and GB/T 9305 (industrial lock testing specifications).

1. Compound Motion Simulation

Insertion and Extraction Test: Travel 0~50mm, insertion and extraction force 0~50N (programmable adjustment), simulating the frictional wear of key insertion and extraction.

Twisting Test: Rotation angle 0~360° (supports both forward and reverse directions), torque range 0~15N·m, replicating the torque load during lock core opening and closing.

Interlocking Mode: Insertion and extraction and twisting actions can be operated independently or simultaneously, simulating real-world usage scenarios (such as immediate rotation to unlock after insertion).

2. Dynamic Monitoring and Alarm

Real-time Monitoring Parameters: Peak insertion and extraction force, torque fluctuation, cycle count, lock core reset deviation (accuracy ±0.1mm).

Intelligent Diagnosis: Automatically identifies faults such as pin jamming, spring failure, and blade deformation, and records the test cycle when the fault occurs.

3. Programmable Test Scheme

Pre-set Standard Test Programs: Such as 500,000 insertion and extraction cycles + 100,000 twisting cycles for compound durability testing.

Custom Mode: Supports complex test logics such as stepwise load increase and random vibration superposition.

4. Environmental Simulation Expansion (Optional Module)

Temperature and Humidity Control: -40°C~85°C / 10%~95% RH, verifying the impact of extreme environments on lock core lifespan.

Dust and Oil Simulation: Testing the performance degradation of the lock core in contaminated environments.
