Description

It is used for various types of fingerprint locks, electronic password locks and other smart door locks, capable of conducting multi-functional tests on all kinds of smart electronic door locks. It adopts PLC + touch screen control, with a high degree of automation. Sample door locks can be quickly installed and automatically tested. After the test is completed, it will automatically alarm and stop. It is an essential testing device for quality inspection departments and manufacturers.

It complies with test conditions such as GA374-2019 (Electronic Anti-theft Lock), GA701-2007 (General Technical Conditions for Fingerprint Anti-theft Locks), and GB 21556-2008. 

Core Technologies and Functions Core functions

1. Multi-functional Testing:

Supports life testing of various types of locks such as electronic locks, mechanical locks, and emergency escape locks, covering opening methods like password input, fingerprint recognition, magnetic card sensing, and Bluetooth unlocking. For instance, the fingerprint lock testing process includes sliding cover activation, fingerprint pressing, handle operation, and simulation of door opening and closing actions.

2. Load and Fatigue Testing:

Adjustable parameters include lock tongue load (0-120N), closing force (7-50N), and handle torque (≤44Nm), simulating mechanical wear and electronic component fatigue under different intensities.

3. Automation Control:

Employs PLC (such as Panasonic brand) and touch screen control systems to achieve automatic execution of test programs, real-time data recording, abnormal alarm, and power-off protection functions, reducing manual intervention. 

Technical Parameters

1. This equipment can simultaneously hold and test 1 to 2 door locks.

2. The door frame is made of 50mm*50mm square tubing and is easy to disassemble, allowing for the installation of lock plates.

3. The test door is 700mm high and 500mm wide.

4. It can achieve clockwise and counterclockwise rotation opening of the door lock, with convenient adjustment.

5. The angle of the handle can be adjusted freely, allowing for both upward and downward pressure. A 0.4KW servo motor is used as the driving device.

6. The torque can be adjusted, ranging from 0 to 25, with a maximum torque of 5KN.

7. The motor position can be adjusted up and down, and fine-tuned left and right.

8. Each station operates independently, equipped with one set of system, featuring electronic lock functionality (i.e., adding the function of rotating the latch with a knob and using a card or fingerprint as the opening device). Each station is independently controlled by a PLC and touch screen.

9. The password keyboard can be set freely, suitable for various different row and column spacings and non-standard keyboards. Up to 2 groups of passwords can be set, with a maximum of 22 characters (unlimited in number), using a cyclic test.

10. It has the function of simultaneously pressing multiple keys to start the lock. The test of the password lock can record the number of times each key is pressed and the number of times each password group is tested.

11. It can test optical fingerprint heads and capacitive fingerprint heads. The pressing position of the fingerprint can be cyclically changed (able to adapt to the testing of fingerprint locks with a function to solve residual fingerprints).

12. High-precision safety protection device, with a function to stop the machine in case of fault.
