I. Product Overview
The microphone trigger time tester is designed for e-cigarette cartridges, disposable e-cigarettes, and vaporizers, accurately measuring the time difference from "inhaling/trigger condition occurs" to "device response (current output/voice wake-up or LED lights up/airflow change)". The device can provide reliable and traceable data support in R&D verification, random inspection on production lines, and functional stability tests.
II. Product Functions and Features
It can test 5 channels of voltage and is equipped with waveform detection. The true RMS voltage measurement range is 0-10V with an accuracy of 0.1V.
The time interval between the trigger of the test suction device and the trigger of the electronic cigarette microphone is precisely 0.01 seconds.
The voltage waveform of the microphone control board and the suction waveform are collected in real time by computer control.
Software test data can be recorded in an Excel file. The recorded parameters include: (voltage, microphone trigger delay time, microphone end delay time, number of mouths).
The voltage input interface adopts a clip type.
Suction method.
III. Applicable Objects
Test for the Triggering and Response of Airway Resistance in Disposable Electronic Cigarette Samples
Verification of trigger consistency for replaceable e-liquid cartridge / atomizer module
Delay and anti-shake test for voice wake-up and key/touch trigger
Research and development laboratory, quality inspection, online detection on production line

Multi-trigger mode: Multiple trigger methods such as draw resistance, acoustics, button, and electrical resistance are all supported.
User-friendly software: One-click batch testing, automatic determination of pass/fail, and generation of statistical reports.
Data traceability: Record serial numbers, batches, testers and timestamps to facilitate quality inspection management.
VI. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can we ensure that the simulated draw resistance is consistent with real usage?
A: We precisely control the suction curve through a programmable air pump and solenoid valve, and provide a standardized measurement process and reference samples (standard resistance bodies) to calibrate the simulation results.
Q: Can high-precision tests be conducted in an environment without an anechoic chamber?
A: In a mass production line environment, combining noise threshold and electrical triggering can generally meet the judgment requirements. For microsecond-level high-precision waveform comparison, it is recommended to be completed in a soundproof box or a small anechoic environment.
Q: Can the equipment be directly connected to MES?
A: Yes. The equipment supports uploading test results via API/FTP through the LAN interface, or a customized connection protocol can be developed according to customer requirements.
