I. Overview of This Machine: 

The IPX1-4 waterproof test chamber is designed in accordance with GB4208-2008 "Degree of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code)" / IEC60529:2001 "Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code)" and GB7000.1-2008 "Luminaires - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests" / IEC60598-1:2003 "Luminaires - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests". It is suitable for IPX1 to IPX4 waterproof testing of electrical and electronic products as well as luminaires. 

II. Anti-blocking Technical Measures: 

1.The stainless steel fine filter is used for filtering impurities. 

2. Use compressed air to dry the accumulated water in the needle to prevent the water from reacting with substances in the atmosphere and blocking the needle. 

3. Oscillation self-cleaning program to remove residual dirt from the needle tip. 

4. It adopts a universal stainless steel medical needle tip, which is easy to purchase and less prone to rust. 

5. The needle tip and the needle tip seat are connected by a taper, allowing for easy replacement without tools. If a single needle tip is damaged, it can be replaced quickly and conveniently.
