Features of the Triple-Position Dual-Station Resistance and Output Current Testing Instrument
1. Two stations test simultaneously. The power cord is automatically inserted to charge the product. After the charging is qualified, the resistance and output current tests are conducted to determine if they are normal.
2. The machine automatically identifies whether the charging current is within the required range using the rated input voltage (generally 5V, adjustable) and the rated current (generally 2A, adjustable). If the charging current of the product is within the required range, it is OK and a green light should be on at the corresponding station; if the charging current is not within the set range, it is NG and an alarm buzzer and a red light should be on at the non-conforming station. If both stations are non-conforming, both stations should have an alarm buzzer and a red light on. The charging detection insertion and removal mechanism should use a flexible structure and not be hard-inserted or hard-pulled. In any case, the current value during charging should be displayed (current size display).
3. After the test starts, it is checked if there is smoke. If there is no smoke from the product, the machine can automatically identify it and an alarm buzzer and a red light should be on at the non-conforming station. If both stations are non-conforming, both stations should have an alarm buzzer and a red light on. If the product can produce smoke normally, it is OK and a green light should be on at the corresponding station.
4. During the resistance test, the output current or voltage (current and voltage can be switched to display or displayed simultaneously) is also tested. For products with double mesh heating wires, the output current needs to be tested. If one group of a product is qualified and the other is NG, the machine can automatically identify it and an alarm buzzer and a red light should be on at the non-conforming station.
5. The resistance and smoke test requires the free setting of the suction time and the number of suction times.
6. The charging test of the two stations and the smoking test of the two stations can be freely shielded and freely selected to be turned on.
7. The loading and unloading actions are manually performed by the operator.
8. The product completion time is ≤ 6 seconds per cycle (excluding the time for manual product handling).
9. Charging protocol function detection: The charger has its own protocol function and can self-check whether to charge or not when connected to the product:
1: Charging, OK if within the voltage and current range.
2: Not charging. NG if not charged within the detection time.
