DR - Automatic Cartoning Machine

Product Introduction: 

1.It can automatically complete the tasks of paper box automatic shaping, opening, (automatically folding hooks and adding inner lining as per customer requirements), product boxing, and sealing. 

2. This machine is controlled by PLC. The movements of each part are monitored by photoelectric sensors. If any abnormality occurs during operation, the machine will automatically stop and display the cause, facilitating prompt troubleshooting. 

3. Inside the frame, there is a main drive motor and a clutch brake. On the machine plate, there are torque overload protectors for each part of the transmission system. In case of overload, the main drive motor can be disconnected from each transmission part to ensure the safety of the entire machine. 

4. This machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. It will not automatically release cartons when there is no material, which is convenient for synchronized operation with the previous equipment. 

5.This machine can be used independently or in conjunction with other equipment to form a complete production line. 

6.This machine can be adapted to different user requirements by changing packaging specifications. It is easy to adjust and debug. It is suitable for large-scale production of a single variety, as well as for small-scale production of multiple varieties to meet user needs. 

7. The equipment is equipped with a function to display the product count and operation speed.
