Functions and Features of the Smoke and Charging Test Machine
1. Two positions can be tested simultaneously. The machine automatically inserts the power cord to charge the product and conduct smoke tests, and determines whether the product can produce smoke normally and charge normally.
2. The machine uses the rated input voltage (generally 5V, which needs to be fine-tuned) and the rated current (generally 2A, which needs to be fine-tuned) to automatically identify whether the charging current is within the required range. If the charging current of the product is within the required range, it is OK, and a green light should be on at the corresponding position. If the charging current of the product is not within the set range, it is NG, and the faulty position needs to sound an alarm and light a red light. If both positions are faulty, both positions need to sound an alarm and light a red light. The charging detection insertion and removal mechanism should use a flexible structure and not be inserted or removed forcefully. In any case, the current value during charging should be displayed.
3. After the test starts, it checks if there is smoke produced. If the product does not produce smoke, the machine can automatically identify it, and the faulty position needs to sound an alarm and light a red light. If both positions are faulty, both positions need to sound an alarm and light a red light. If the product can produce smoke normally, it is OK, and a green light should be on at the corresponding position.
4. The smoke test with suction can freely set the suction duration and the number of suction times.
5. The bottom and side charging test functions can be switched softly and mutually locked.
6. The charging test of the two positions and the smoking test of the two positions can be freely shielded and selected to be turned on.
7. The loading and unloading actions are done manually by the operator.

Process Action Description of the Smoke and Charging Test Machine
1. Power on the product for testing.
2. Manually place the product into the product positioning fixture with both hands.
3. Release both hands and press the dual start switch.
4. The machine automatically performs the smoke suction and smoke testing as well as the power-on testing.
5. Manually remove the tested product and distinguish between good and defective products.
6. The test report is automatically generated by the computer.
