Product Overview

The dual-head manual oil injector is a mini semi-automatic device for quickly filling e-cigarettes with e-liquid. It can be set to inject different volumes of e-liquid for different capacities of cartridges. The device uses a stepping motor to pull and push the oil injection piston to achieve oil suction and injection. Compared with traditional manual operation, it is more efficient and accurate. 

Product Functions and Features 

1.The equipment can be set to automatically cycle and lubricate with a specified number of cycles and cycle intervals. 

2.The equipment has a separate oil calibration screen for calibration of the oil injection volume before the official oil injection. Set the target oil volume, click on the oil injection test, fill in the actual oil volume obtained, and then click on write to automatically calibrate the oil injection coefficient (or manually modify the coefficient directly). 

3. The device has a cleaning screen. Before the official oil injection, before the device is turned off, or when changing different e-liquid series, the oil injection pump can be cleaned in a circulating manner. 

4. The operation interface has the function of switching between Chinese and English, as well as the function of switching the unit display (ml/g). 

5.Each oiling channel can be opened or closed independently. 

6. The body part of the oil injection pump head: Made of 316 stainless steel, the internal plunger rod is made of ceramic material, and all parts in contact with the e-liquid are made of food-grade materials, causing no pollution to the e-liquid at all.
