The three-axis 10-head oil injection machine is a device specifically developed for oil injection in electronic cigarettes. It adopts stepper motor and PLC control technology. Through the suction action of the metering pump, it achieves high-precision quantitative oil injection. Meanwhile, through the programmed movement of the tray and the oil injection heads, it can precisely position. The specific operation steps are as follows: On the platform of the oil injection machine, the operator places the semi-finished electronic cigarette devices in the fixtures and then places them on the tray platform of the oil injection machine. The top of the oil injection machine is equipped with a row of oil injection needles. Through the drive devices of the X, Y, and Z axes, the oil injection needles can move horizontally and vertically and align with the corresponding fixtures. When the oil injection needle reaches the set oil injection height, the oil will be injected into the device. After the oil injection is completed, the oil injection needle will return to the safe height, and the drive device will move the fixture to the next row position. This cycle continues until all the devices are oil-injected. This oil injection machine features high oil injection accuracy, fast working efficiency, and easy operation.
