The 10-head oiling vehicle is designed to be used in conjunction with an automatic line. It adopts feedback step motors and PLC control technology. Through the suction action of the metering pump, it achieves high-precision quantitative oiling. Meanwhile, the oiling process of the equipment can be controlled by the IO signal interaction. The specific operation steps are as follows: Push the oiling vehicle outside the line body, install the oiling fixture at the fixed position, connect the oil pipe on the oiling vehicle with the oiling nozzle on the fixture, the automatic line sends the oiling signal, the equipment starts oiling, and after the oiling is completed, it feeds back the completion signal to the automatic line to complete the oiling action. There is an oil drum in the oiling vehicle, and there is a weighing sensor under the oil drum to monitor the weight of the oil drum. If the weight is too low, the equipment will alarm. The oiling nozzles are easy to replace. This oiling vehicle features high oiling accuracy, fast working efficiency, easy cleaning, and simple operation. The empty cigarette tubes are manually placed, and the material tray automatically conveys for oiling. After oiling, it is automatically conveyed down.
Product Functions and Features
1.The equipment has a separate oil testing screen. Before the formal oil injection, the oil injection volume can be calibrated on the oil testing screen.
2. The device has a cleaning screen. Before the official oil injection, before the device is turned off, or when changing different e-liquid series, the oil injection pump can be cleaned in a circulating manner.
3. Each oiling channel can be opened or closed independently.
4. There are two settable low limit parameters for the alarm prompt of insufficient oil injection weight and the shutdown due to low oil injection weight. The alarm is triggered when the weight is lower than the set value.
5. Either the IO mode or the communication mode can be used. In the IO mode, the oil injection is triggered and the completion signal of oil injection is received through the signal IO interaction mode. In the communication mode, the reserved 485 port is used to control the oil injection via the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol.
6. The body part of the oil injection pump head: It is made of 316 stainless steel, and the internal plunger rod is made of ceramic. All parts that come into contact with the e-liquid are made of food-grade materials, causing no pollution to the e-liquid at all.
