Design Description
Screen: The control system adopts a custom 7-inch touch all-in-one screen. The outer shell of the screen module is partially removed to reduce the size. The screen needs to be placed centered on both the left and right sides.
Motor: Electric cylinder type, the stepping motor of the suction module is closed-loop.
The suction module is a non-standard custom-made part. (As your company has requirements for the equipment size: including the motor lead screw as a whole, glass tube and matching processing parts.)
Sensors: Built-in pressure transmitter and smoke sensor;
Add silk-screen printing of "Inlet" for the air intake and "Outlet" for the exhaust port, keeping the side surface flat and marking the interfaces with silk-screen printing.
Fittings: Snap-on connector, tower type (embedded) connector (male)
Switch: Power switch with illuminated indicator.
Heat dissipation ports: Symmetrical design of heat dissipation ports on both sides of the entire machine;
Handle: It adopts a folding concave hidden handle design.
Signal interface: Reserve control signal connectors DB9 or 15-pin connector. Reserve and provide interface definitions according to actual wiring.
Observation window: The front fiberglass reinforced plastic position adopts a window design, using transparent materials.
Dimensions/Capacity: Length controlled at approximately 30 cm, 60 ml suction module;
Material: Sheet metal, with spray painting and baking, color is white, as indicated in the pictures in the email.
Power adapter: Meets the usage scenarios in regions such as China, the UK, and Indonesia; external connection method, small size option available and confirmation before finalizing the design.
Appearance: The overall surface is flat without any protrusions.
Back cover: Detachable design;
Joint: The one-way valve adopts the pipe connection method, and the suction port connection to the cigarette adopts a joint (with the maximum pipe diameter Ø9).
