This device is used to measure the draw resistance of finished electronic cigarettes and is widely applied in the field of quality control and inspection during electronic cigarette production. It operates based on the principle of simulating manual smoking with a piston. The specific operation process is as follows: First, connect the electronic cigarette to be tested to the test position with a tube. At this point, the piston in the device simulates the manual smoking action and draws a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s) of air into the electronic cigarette. During this process, a certain vacuum pressure, that is, the draw resistance, will be generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette. The tester will measure this pressure in real time, that is, the real-time draw resistance. In this way, the draw resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately measured.
