Description

I. Product Overview 

Designed in accordance with the European standard EN12527, it can conduct "dynamic tests", "long-distance walking tests", and "static load tests", with a touch screen for control. This product, the caster performance testing machine, independently developed by our company, can perform tests in accordance with various domestic and international quality standards for casters

II. Testing Items 

Long-distance movement tests, dynamic tests, static load performance tests, etc. The application of loads is achieved through the stacking of weights in a direct pressure manner, which more realistically simulates the test environment and conditions. 

Touchscreen interface functions. 

a.The load weight, obstacle height, test result description, etc. are input on the computer interface. 

b. The test stroke value is set and displayed in real time through the user interface of the touch screen. 

c. The linear speed of the drum is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the real-time display is shown on the touch screen user interface. 

d. Parameters such as speed, the number of collisions with obstacles, the number of rotations, total operation time, and total travel distance are displayed on the touch screen based on the actual measurement for the user. 

III. Displayed on the interface; 

e. After the machine is turned on and runs, it will automatically stop when the casters reach the specified travel value. After the machine stops, the tester can instruct to print out the test report. 

When the casters are damaged, the testing machine will automatically alarm and stop. 

IV. Equipment Technical Parameters: 

1.The diameter of the installed casters: 50 - 450 mm. 

2. The maximum width of the casters to be installed: 250mm. 

3. Load range: The maximum load is 8 tons, and the force is applied by a hydraulic pump. Under the condition of constant speed, the load can be increased at any time as desired. 

4. Walking speed: The walking speed should be between 1.5 km/h and 16 km/h. 

5. Obstacle spacing: 0.5 to 3 meters per unit (with four installation holes). 

6. Machine volume: 2.3 meters (length) * 0.8 meters (width) * 3 meters (height) (to be confirmed after design). 

7. It needs to be able to rotate in both forward and reverse directions, such as 5 meters forward and then 5 meters backward. 

8. It can be equipped with drive wheels or casters. 

9. The temperature can be measured by using an infrared temperature sensor to detect the surface of the tire. The computer automatically records the temperature of the tire surface every few minutes. It can be set to measure the temperature of the tire surface once every 15 minutes and record it. At that time, it will come out together with the report. 

10. Computer control can be adopted to generate reports on distance and temperature. 

11. A clock is needed so that the start and end times of the test can be set (to control the running time) (with the load and speed displayed on the screen). 

12.The set value of the total walking distance should reach 99,999 kilometers. 

13. The protective device can detect if the wheel suddenly breaks down during the test and the machine will stop by itself. Besides, the machine will also record the time when the wheel is damaged. 

14. Tilt test: Install fixtures to make the angle between the casters and the roller reach 30 degrees. 

15. Different test programs can be used to test the same wheel, and the programs can be set on the operation interface. During the test, speed changes can be set, such as increasing the speed by 10% after 15 minutes. 

16.Obstacles can be made of 5mm or 10mm thickness. The height of the obstacles can be freely chosen from 1mm to 25mm. The angle of the obstacles complies with the ISO22878 standard at 45 degrees.
