The DR-HRTS-45 color touch screen digital display surface Rockwell hardness tester is a new generation of multi-functional, high-precision and stable high-tech product of our company. It has a novel appearance, and the shell is made of one-piece casting with high stability. The touch screen interface is menu-based, simple, intuitive and convenient to operate. The measurement device adopts a grating sensor and computer control, and the hardness value is directly displayed on the LCD screen. It is a hardness testing instrument of mechanical and electrical integration. It can automatically convert various hardness parameters, identify the minimum thickness of the test piece. When testing cylinders, it can automatically add correction values. It is equipped with an internal printer to read the relevant test results. It realizes automatic operation and eliminates human operation and reading errors! At the same time, this machine is also equipped with an emergency stop device, making it safer to use. 

Main functions and features of the instrument 

1.The 7-inch LCD touch screen can directly display the hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, brightness, initial test force holding time, total test force holding time, elastic recovery time, measurement times, statistical data, test time and other test process information clearly and intuitively. 

2.The system is equipped with a built-in calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range from 80% to 120%, or calibrate the instrument separately for low and high values. 

3.When testing curved surfaces, automatic correction is made according to the standard radius of the curved surface. 

4.It can store 100 sets of test data. You can view the test data at any time, and also delete the current data or clear all test data. 

5.The test force units can be converted to each other. The conversion units are: (Kgf, N) 

6. It can simultaneously display: maximum value, minimum value, average value, test times, and product name. 

7.The main interface can simultaneously display 4 conversion scales and can be switched among: National Standard (GB), American Standard (ASTM), and International (ISO) standards. A total of 20 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength). 

8. The screen sleep time can be set, and the system will automatically enter sleep mode after a long period of inactivity, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. 

9. The upper and lower limit measurement range can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface. Unqualified values will automatically prompt an alarm. 

10.The operating system supports 14 languages and can be switched freely: Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese. 

11. It is equipped with a built-in printer. Test data can also be output to a USB flash drive via USB for storage and analysis. 

12. The one-piece casting shell structure is stable and does not deform. The pure white automotive paint is of high grade and has strong scratch resistance. It remains as bright as new even after years of use.
