The DR-CHRTS-150ZD series of fully automatic Rockwell hardness testers is a brand-new generation of high-tech intelligent products. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, featuring high precision of test force, excellent repeatability and stability of readings, a novel design, and good reliability, operability and repeatability. It is fully functional, with one-key operation and fully automatic measurement, providing clear and intuitive display. It uses automatic application and release of test force, capable of conducting hardness tests across the entire Rockwell scale range. This hardness tester can be equipped with an XY automatic moving platform for automatic programming and automatic marking, making it suitable for end quenching tests. It can also be equipped with a PC computer to control and measure the hardness tester through the computer end, and perform statistical analysis of data, issue test reports, etc. Customized test reports can also be created based on user requirements. It realizes automated operation, eliminating human operation and reading errors! Additionally, this machine is equipped with an emergency stop device, ensuring safer use.
Main functions and features of the instrument:
1.The 8-inch LCD touch screen can directly display the hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, brightness, initial test force holding time, total test force holding time, elastic recovery time, measurement times, statistical data, test time and other test process information clearly and intuitively.
2.The system is equipped with a built-in calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range from 80% to 120%, or calibrate the instrument separately for low and high values.
3.When testing curved surfaces, automatic correction is made according to the standard radius of the curved surface.
4.It can store 100 sets of test data. You can view the test data at any time, delete the current data or clear all test data, and also set the product name.
5.The test force units can be converted to each other. The conversion units are: (Kgf, N)
6. It can simultaneously display: average value, test times, and product name.
7.The main interface can simultaneously display 4 conversion scales and can be switched among: National Standard (GB), American Standard (ASTM), and International (ISO) standards. A total of 20 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength).
8. The screen sleep time can be set, and the system will automatically enter sleep mode after a long period of inactivity, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
9. The upper and lower limit measurement range can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface. An alarm will be automatically triggered for unqualified values.
10.The operating system supports 14 languages and can be switched freely: Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese.
11. Configure the built-in printer. Test data can also be output to a USB flash drive via USB for saving and analysis (optional).
