I. Product Overview 

The rotary torque testing machine developed by Instruments is mainly used for torque testing of electronic cigarettes. It uses a motor to drive the electronic cigarette to rotate, and can set the rotation angle (≤90°) and torque (0-5N.M), and record the parameters during the testing process. The machine is manually loaded and unloaded, and the machine conducts the test. By simulating the torsion process during the user's rotation assembly, use or misoperation, it assesses whether the cigarette rod and interface components have structural problems such as loosening, breaking or deformation under repeated torque, providing data support for product design, quality control and reliability analysis.

III. Main Functions 

Apply a rotational torque load within the set angle range to the electronic cigarette rod. 

Simulate the left and right rotation assembly or misoperation in actual use. 

Supports unidirectional or bidirectional circular loading 

Real-time monitoring and recording of torque changes, structural status and the number of times during each loading process. 

Set the maximum loading times, angles, speeds, and torque limits, and run and stop automatically. 

Support test anomaly alarm and life destruction determination logic.
