Product Overview

The four-position suction resistance tester is a device used to measure the suction resistance of finished electronic cigarettes, widely applied in the quality control and inspection fields of electronic cigarette production. This tester operates based on the principle of simulating manual suction with a piston. Specifically, when the tester's piston simulates manual suction of the electronic cigarette and inhales a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s) of air, a certain vacuum pressure will be generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette, which is the suction resistance. The tester will measure this pressure in real time, that is, the real-time suction resistance. Through this method, the suction resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately measured. 

Product Functions and Features 

1.It can test real-time suction resistance, the presence or absence of smoke or smoke concentration (optional), and stable suction resistance. It can also draw real-time curves of smoking speed, real-time suction resistance, and smoke concentration in real time. 

2. Trapezoidal wave suction or sinusoidal wave suction can be selected. 

3. You can choose either the cyclic test mode or the single test mode. 

4. The judgment parameters can be set to determine whether the resistance or smoke of each test is qualified. 

5.The control system interface supports switching between Chinese and English. 

6. It has RS232 and RS485 communication functions (optional).
