I. Product Overview
The power of a PE shrink machine is generally relatively high, ranging from 20 to 40 KW. The set temperature is also relatively high, typically between 180° and 220°. The settings vary depending on the thickness of the material, the speed of the conveyed products, the volume of air flow, and the temperature level. For products that are not heat-resistant, a lower temperature and thinner shrink film can be used. If the shrink film is thick, the temperature needs to be increased and a more powerful shrink machine should be selected. If the speed of the conveyed products is increased, the temperature should be raised accordingly; conversely, it should be lowered. If the volume of air flow is increased, the temperature should be reduced accordingly; conversely, it should be raised. The power of a POF or PVC shrink machine is generally between 5 and 20 KW, and the temperature is typically set between 140° and 160°. The adjustments are basically the same as those for a PE shrink machine.

IV. Working Principle
The conveying system delivers the products into the sealing and cutting area to complete the film material wrapping and sealing and cutting.
The product enters the heat shrinkage channel, and the circulating hot air makes the film material evenly heated and tightly adhered.
After emerging from the oven and passing through the cooling and shaping section, a tight and smooth contracted appearance is achieved.
