Designed in accordance with the European standard EN1252, it can be used for: dynamic tests, long-distance walking tests, static load tests, and microcomputer control. This product independently developed by our company, including casters, walking wear and tear, and testing machines, can be tested according to various domestic and international quality standards for casters.
Testing items
Long-distance movement tests, dynamic tests, static load performance tests, etc. The application of loads is carried out by superimposing weights in a direct pressure manner.
More accurately simulate its testing environment and status;
(1) Interchangeability: The fixture must fully meet the requirements based on the samples provided by the customer.
(2) Test mode: The touchscreen-controlled test mode can be customized to various walking patterns based on the different usage environments of the customer's products. For example: walk for three minutes and stop for one minute; walk for two minutes, stop for two minutes, reverse for two minutes, and stop for two minutes, etc. It can also be tested according to European and American standards.
