The DR-3000ZS touch screen digital display Brinell hardness tester only requires operating a touch tablet computer to easily complete the measurement. All the parameters needed for the test can be directly selected, modified and analyzed on the computer. The PC is connected to the hardness tester through a communication protocol to control the mechanical movement parts of the hardness tester, which can achieve: automatic multi-functional tower position, automatic recognition of the objective lens and indenter, automatic loading, automatic holding force, automatic unloading, and light brightness. By linking the built-in CCD measurement and acquisition system, the clear indentation image dynamics can be displayed in real time on the PC, and the hardness value can be automatically measured by directly locking the indentation, and the test data can be automatically saved and a report generated. The operation is very simple and fast, eliminating human measurement errors. With the tablet computer as the platform, more application functions can be expanded through the Internet, and external devices such as displays and printers can also be connected.
The hardness testing machine software system adopts computer intelligent programming and uses photoelectric sensing technology. By independently selecting test conditions, it can display the test method, upper and lower limit range, indentation length, hardness value, conversion value, test force, holding time, measurement times, and year, month, and date on the touch multi-functional display screen. It can also process test results and data. The system can be connected to a computer through a data interface. The optical system uses high-magnification LED optical measurement, with high image clarity and adjustable brightness, which is not easy to cause fatigue during long-term operation. The hardware system adopts advanced electronic sensor loading technology. Through a closed-loop control system, the CPU controls the sensor to collect signals, and the stepping motor automatically applies and releases the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force.
