DR-HBST-3000 Touch Screen Digital Display Brinell Hardness Tester features a software system programmed with computer intelligence and uses photoelectric sensing technology. By independently selecting test conditions, the 5.6-inch touch multi-functional display can show the test method, upper and lower limit range, indentation length, hardness value, conversion value, test force, holding time, measurement times, and can input year, month, and date. Test results and data processing can be displayed, and measurement data can be output through the built-in printer or connected to a computer via a data interface. The optical system adopts high-magnification LED optical measurement, with high image clarity and adjustable brightness, making it less tiring to operate for long periods. The hardware system uses advanced electronic sensor loading technology, with a closed-loop control system. The CPU controls the sensor to collect signals, and the stepping motor automatically loads and unloads the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force to ensure more accurate force values and more stable readings. It is also equipped with an emergency stop device and complies with the EU CE standard. It has a user-friendly operation and is more reliable and stable.
