Description

The DR-3000Z touch screen digital display Brinell hardness tester only requires operating a touch tablet computer to easily complete the measurement. Moreover, all the parameters needed for the test can be directly selected, modified and analyzed on the computer. The PC end is connected to the hardness tester through a communication protocol to control the mechanical movement parts of the hardness tester, which can achieve: automatic multi-functional tower position, automatic recognition of the objective lens and indenter, automatic loading, automatic holding force, automatic unloading, and light brightness. By linking the built-in CCD measurement and acquisition system, the clear indentation image dynamics can be displayed in real time on the PC, and the hardness value can be automatically measured by directly locking the indentation, and the test data can be automatically saved and a report generated. The operation is very simple and fast, eliminating human measurement errors. With the tablet computer as the platform, more application functions can be expanded through the Internet, and external devices such as displays and printers can also be connected. 

Functions and features of the automatic measurement control system:

1. Hardness tester control: The system provides serial communication control for hardness tester operations, such as rotating the objective lens turret, loading, setting the dwell time, and adjusting the light intensity.

2. Test force control: The system automatically controls the test force. Just click a button, and it will automatically switch to the required test force.

3. Test force range: 62.5, 100, 125, 187.5, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 3000 kgf

4. Indentation measurement accuracy: ±0.5%

5. Conforms to ASTM E10 standard for automatic measurement of indentations and calculation of Brinell hardness values.

6. German industrial standard DIN1605 for automatic measurement of test sample indentations and standard block indentations and calculation of hammer-type Brinell hardness value HB2.

7. Automatic measurement: Automatically or manually capture indentations and measure the indentation diameter to calculate the corresponding Brinell hardness value.

8. Hardness value conversion and effective validation: The system can convert the measured Brinell hardness value HB into other hardness values such as HV and HR.

9. Data statistics: The system automatically calculates and saves statistical values such as the average and variance of the measured hardness.

10. Out-of-tolerance alarm: Automatically mark abnormal values. When the hardness exceeds the specified value, it will automatically alarm.

11. Test report: Automatically generate reports in WORD or EXCEL format. Report templates can be customized.

12. Data storage: Measurement data, including indentation images, can be stored in documents.

13. Other functions: Includes all functions of the image processing and measurement system, such as image capture, calibration, image processing, geometric dimension measurement, document annotation, album management, and fixed-magnification printing, etc.

14. Easy to use: Just click a button on the interface, and the indentation measurement work can be automatically completed. If manual measurement or result modification is needed, simply drag the measurement box.

9. The self-use design of high-multiplication LED optical measurement ensures high image clarity and adjustable brightness, making it less tiring to operate for long periods.

10. The shell is cast in one piece, providing a stable structure that does not deform and can work in relatively harsh environments.

11. The surface is treated with automotive baking varnish, which has strong scratch resistance and remains as bright as new even after years of use.
