The DR-DCHRTS-150ZXY series of fully automatic end quenching curve testing hardness testers is a brand-new generation of high-tech intelligent products. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, featuring high test force accuracy, excellent repeatability and stability of the indicated values. The shell is integrally cast and treated with automotive paint, presenting a novel design with good reliability, operability and repeatability. It is fully functional and can be operated with a single button for fully automatic measurement, with clear and intuitive display. It uses automatic loading and unloading of test force and can perform hardness tests for the entire series of Rockwell scales. This hardness tester can be equipped with an XY automatic moving platform for automatic programming and automatic marking, suitable for end quenching tests. It can also be equipped with a PC computer to control and measure the hardness tester through the computer end, and can perform statistical analysis of data and issue test reports, etc. Customized test reports can also be generated according to user requirements. It realizes automated operation and eliminates human operation and reading errors. At the same time, this machine is also equipped with an emergency stop device.
Main functions and features of the instrument:
1. The 8-inch LCD touch screen can intuitively display the operating status of the displacement sensor and force sensor, hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, light brightness, initial test force holding time, total test force holding time, elastic recovery time, measurement times, statistical data, test time and other test processes clearly and directly.
2. One button can complete the workpiece lifting, loading of the indenter, holding force, unloading, display of hardness value, and return of the test stage to the initial position. Combined with the XY electric test stage, the path can be set through the software to perform continuous hardness testing.
3. The system has a built-in calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range of 80-120%, or calibrate the low and high values separately.
4. When testing curved surfaces, it automatically corrects according to the standard curved surface radius.
5. It can store 100 groups of test data, and the test data can be viewed at any time, or the current data can be deleted or all test data can be cleared.
6. The test force units can be converted, and the conversion units are: (Kgf, N).
7. It can simultaneously display: average value, test times, product name.
8. The main interface can simultaneously display 4 conversion scales, and can be switched: National Standard (GB), American Standard (ASTM), and International (ISO) standards, a total of 20 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength).
9. The screen sleep time can be set, and it will automatically enter sleep mode after a long period of inactivity, saving energy and being environmentally friendly.
10. The upper and lower limit measurement range can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface, and an alarm will be automatically triggered for unqualified values.
11. The operating system has 14 languages and can be switched freely: Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese.
12. The instrument is equipped with an internal printer, and the test data can also be output to a USB flash drive through USB for storage and analysis. The software can generate WORD and EXCEL reports.
13. This machine is particularly suitable for end quenching tests. After setting the hardness test path, it can complete the test work with a single button. With the three-position clamping stage, it can continuously measure three end quenching samples (the clamping stage can be upgraded to six positions).
