The filling and capping machine is suitable for semi-automatic filling and capping of small bottles in the form of multiple bottles in the pharmaceutical, biological and cosmetic OEM industries. Different bottle shapes only require mold replacement, and different cap shapes can be replaced by changing the capping head. This machine is compact, takes up little space, and has high product compatibility. It is an ideal equipment for the pharmaceutical and biological industries. Production process: manual tube placement - automatic detection - automatic filling - manual cap placement - automatic capping - automatic bottle output (bottle output and top ejection of materials).
Product Features
1.The filling section adopts the piston suction pump independently developed by Feihong, which features high filling accuracy. The material only comes into contact with the pipe, making cleaning convenient.
2. The cap is tightened by a servo motor, with adjustable torque. It can display the torque percentage and has a high cap-tightening success rate.
3. Automatic sensing, no dripping or leakage, no filling without bottles, precise alignment, and freely adjustable.
