1.It adopts the latest high-power transmission mechanism in China. The main drive shaft is driven by the chain, eliminating the errors and noise of other gear transmissions.
2.The electrical appliances adopt imported control systems, which can be configured with a material shortage make-up device and a missing grain detection and rejection device (Omron sensor) as per customer requirements. Imported frequency converters are used for speed regulation.
3. The entire machine adopts a segmented combination: PVC forming, feeding, and heat sealing form one section, while tropical aluminum cold forming, heat sealing, and die-cutting form another section, which can be packaged separately.
4. The photoelectric control system is adopted, featuring automatic feeding for PVC, PTP and tropical aluminum packaging, as well as an automatic waste edge punching device, ensuring the stability of multi-station synchronization over an ultra-long distance.
5. An additional photoelectric detection and correction device can be equipped, along with an imported stepping motor for traction, to achieve graphic and text alignment in printing and packaging, thereby enhancing the grade of the packaging.
6. This machine is applicable for blister sealing packaging of capsules, plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, soft gelatin capsules, injections, irregular-shaped items, as well as medical devices, light chemical food products, and electronic components.
